At Trader Fuel, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and delivered in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we have specific guidelines for refunds, returns, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on TraderFuel.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Before Shipment
- Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
- To request cancellation, email support@traderfuel.in with your order ID.
- If the order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2 After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You can refuse the delivery, but the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
2.1 Eligible Return Cases
A return will only be accepted in the following scenarios:
Damaged Product: If you receive a physically damaged item.
Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered is different from what you ordered.
Missing Items: If your package is incomplete.
Note: Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or partially used products
- Delayed deliveries caused by logistics partners
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
3.1 Full Refund Eligibility
A 100% refund (including shipping charges) will be processed if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Your order was lost in transit due to courier issues.
3.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed if:
- You refuse delivery of a shipped order.
- You return a product that meets the return criteria.
3.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Opened or used supplements cannot be refunded.
- If the issue is not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- If incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
4.1 How to Request a Refund?
- Email support@traderfuel.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach order details, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will process the refund and notify you via email.
4.2 Refund Processing Time
UPI / Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days
Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may request a refund or replacement based on stock availability.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
6.1 Who Covers the Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
6.2 How to Return the Product?
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Use a reliable courier service with tracking details.
- Share the tracking number with our support team.
7. Important Terms & Conditions
- Refund approvals are subject to verification of claims.
- No cash refunds – refunds will only be processed via the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
If an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping partner before processing a refund.
